Our vision is to provide quality, timely and safe services to the individuals that we serve in order to promote their well-being, independence, dignity and active participation in the community. Our team of caregivers and healthcare professionals will assist individuals with activities of daily living and monitor, assess and advise on their healthcare needs.

PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICES
Our caregivers assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as
1. Personal hygiene – bathing/showering, grooming
2. Dressing
3. Maintaining continence/toileting
4. Eating/feeding
GROUP HOME
We provide comfortable accommodation for individuals in tastefully furnished and safe community living group homes. Our well-trained associates provide support 24/7 to individuals in our care. Our bedrooms are fully furnished with queen-sized beds, dressers, and other home essentials. Clients are welcome to bring their own bedroom furnishings to fit their specific needs or style. Our two-bedroom unit in Windsor Mills MD, for example, has a spacious living room which opens onto a patio that gives you a great view of the beautiful greenery outside. It is wheelchair accessible. Clients have full access to the well-stocked kitchen. The unit also has a designated workspace for our clients’ convenience.

HEALTH-RELATED ACTIVITIES
Our caregivers provide services to help individuals in taking their medications, assist with monitoring, and observation and range of motion. We also escort individuals to appointments.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Our caregivers escort individuals to participate in the community activities of their choice,
We also assist with shopping for food, clothing, and other needs of the individuals.
NURSING SERVICES
Our registered nurses provide periodic home visits, assess individual’s general health and advise on best health practices to promote quality healthy living of individuals in our care

We provide respite care to help families take needed break
